Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer details.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when needed.
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
