Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Customer Follow-upContact potential customers from provided databases, social media inquiries, and referrals.
  • Explain company services related to gold loan settlement and old gold/silver purchasing.
  • Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
  • Customer Consultation & Appointment SchedulingUnderstand customer requirements and provide accurate information about settlement processes, valuation procedures, and documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, valuation visits, or branch appointments for interested customers.
  • Maintain a professional and trustworthy relationship with clients.
  • Data Management & Sales ReportingUpdate customer information, call records, and lead status in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Track daily call targets, conversions, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
