Telecaller Outbound

Job Title: Outbound Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Outbound Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with experience in outbound calling and sales conversion. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with potential customers, understanding requirements, and driving closures over calls.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities

- Explain products/services and handle customer queries effectively

- Convert leads into successful sales through strong communication and persuasion skills

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular engagement

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database

- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships

- Ensure high-quality customer experience during interactions

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in Outbound Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in lead generation and sales conversion

- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred

- Graduate preferred (can be flexible based on experience)
