Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our digital marketing team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients in the USA and Canada, pitching our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls/emails to potential clients in USA & Canada
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
• Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments or close deals
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (international preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience selling to USA/Canada clients
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
