Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with student leads and parents, explain our services, generate trust, and convert interested enquiries into paid counselling or admission support services. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales understanding, and the ability to handle admission-related conversations in a professional and convincing manner.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall student leads, parents, and enquiry-based prospects generated through website, ads, webinars, campaigns, and other sources
- Explain CollegeReviewz.com services clearly, including admission guidance, counselling support, college selection help, and paid packages
- Understand student requirements such as course interest, budget, state preference, exam score, and counselling needs
- Follow up regularly with hot, warm, and cold leads
- Convert leads into office visits, counselling bookings, webinar participation, or paid services
- Maintain proper call records, lead status, remarks, and follow-up updates in CRM or sheets
- Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for smooth lead handover
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build trust with students and parents through proper communication and service explanation
- Handle objections politely and professionally
- Required SkillsGood verbal communication in Hindi, English, and preferably Bengali
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone
- Good listening and lead-handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
- Positive attitude, patience, and target-driven mindset
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in education sales, admission counselling, telecalling, or EdTech sales will be preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales confidence can also apply
- Candidate should be disciplined, professional, and serious about conversion-focused work
- EducationMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Graduates preferred
