Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients and answering incoming inquiries.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching products/services to persuade customers to buy or book appointments.
• Customer Service: Addressing complaints, troubleshooting issues, and providing information.
• Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, contact details, and call logs in CRM systems.
• Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly targets for call volume, sales, or lead generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
