We are looking for a highly driven Telesales Executive who can convert leads into paying customers through effective communication, persuasion, and follow-ups. The role demands a strong sales mindset, target orientation, and the ability to close deals over calls.

Key Responsibilities
📞 Sales Calling & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to generated leads and inquiries
Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages/services
Pitch products confidently and handle objections
---
🎯 Revenue Generation
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maximize conversion ratio and revenue per lead
Upsell and cross-sell travel services (hotels, flights, packages, add-ons)
---
🔁 Follow-ups & Closing
Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with prospects
Ensure quick closures and high response time
Build urgency and close deals efficiently
---
📊 CRM & Reporting
Maintain and update lead status in CRM
Track all customer interactions and follow-ups
Share daily performance reports with management
---
🤝 Coordination
Coordinate with Operations Team for itinerary and pricing
Work closely with team leaders for deal closures
Ensure smooth handover post booking
---
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Strong sales mindset and target orientation
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Good listening and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: 2–7 years (Sales / Telecalling / BPO preferred)
Freshers with strong communication can apply
Experience in travel sales is a strong advantage
