Business Development Executive (BDE) position at G-Tech Web Solutions:


  • Role OverviewPosition: Business Development Executive (BDE).
  • Company: G-Tech Web Solutions.
  • Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office).
  • Salary: ₹19,000 take-home per month.
  • Work Schedule and Interview DetailsWorking Days: Monday to Saturday.
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Interview Process: Face-to-Face (F2F) interviews in Kolkata for shortlisted candidates.
  • Candidate RequirementsExperience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Mandatory Skills: Cold calling experience is strictly required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English and/or Bengali/Hindi.
  • Preferred Background: Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or BPO.
  • Exclusions: Candidates from Field Sales or Garment Sales backgrounds are not suitable.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities through channels like cold calling.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and conduct market research.
  • Promote services, handle client queries, and offer solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution.
