Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, handling inquiries, and generating leads or sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with customers on previous conversations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Record call details and outcomes accurately.
