Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining about our services.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls from potential leads.
• Convert leads into sales by promoting the benefits of our services.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Follow up on leads and ensure all queries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or equivalent (preferred in IT, B. Tech, CSE or other related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in the IT sector. Freshers are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of Websites and services (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Prior experience in B2B or B2C telesales is a plus.
