Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining about our services.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls from potential leads.
- Convert leads into sales by promoting the benefits of our services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and ensure all queries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or equivalent (preferred in IT, B. Tech, CSE or other related fields).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in the IT sector. Freshers are also welcome.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of Websites and services (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Prior experience in B2B or B2C telesales is a plus.
