Job Description

Description:

We are hiring telesales executives for B2B lead generation in security & facility services.

Role:

  • Call companies and generate leads
  • Fix meetings for sales team
  • Maintain follow-up records

Salary:

₹14,000 + Incentives

Benefits:

PF, ESI, performance bonus, growth opportunity

Requirement:

  • Good communication
  • Calling experience preferred 

For Telesales (Lead Generation Role)

₹200 – ₹500 → per qualified meeting fixed

₹1,000 – ₹5,000 → per successful conversion (support incentive)


  • Performance Bonus (Monthly / Quarterly)₹5,000 – ₹25,000 based on:
  • No. of contracts closed
  • Revenue generated
  • Client retention (no early exit)
