আমরা একটি Educational Consultancy / Institution, যেখানে মাধ্যমিক (Secondary), উচ্চমাধ্যমিক (Senior Secondary), স্নাতক (UG) ও স্নাতকোত্তর (PG) সহ বিভিন্ন কোর্সে ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত পরিষেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
বর্তমানে আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য Female Telecaller নিয়োগ করা হবে।
কাজের দায়িত্বঃ
✅ আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থী ও প্রার্থীদের ফোনে যোগাযোগ করা।
✅ বিভিন্ন কোর্স ও ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান করা।
✅ শিক্ষার্থীদের কাউন্সেলিং করে ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়ায় সহায়তা করা।
✅ Admission Inquiry-কে Successful Admission-এ রূপান্তর করা।
✅ B2C Sales Platform-এ কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
যোগ্যতাঃ
✔️ স্পষ্ট ও আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে কথা বলার দক্ষতা।
✔️ শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিভাবকদের সাথে সুন্দরভাবে যোগাযোগ করার সক্ষমতা।
✔️ Telecalling / Counseling / Sales-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
