Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, resorts, hostels, and other institutional customers.
  2. Number of outbound calls made per day.
  3. Follow up on quotations, samples, and customer inquiries.
  4. Identify purchasing managers, housekeeping heads, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
  5. Inform customers about new product launches, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns.
  6. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
