Telesales Executive

A Real Estate Telecaller bridges the gap between property developers and prospective buyers. They initiate outbound calls to generate leads, explain ongoing housing or commercial projects, and schedule property site visits for senior sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Make outbound cold/warm calls to prospective buyers using provided databases and digital leads.
• Project Pitching: Explain the features, amenities, pricing, and benefits of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Site Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule property site visits for clients and accompany them or hand them off to on-ground sales teams.
• Database Management: Update customer details, record feedback, and track follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow-Ups: Nurture prospects through the sales funnel via regular calls, messaging, and email communications.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any stream is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in local and regional languages (e.g., Bengali, Hindi, and English in Kolkata) with persuasive convincing abilities.
• ExperienTech Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM
