Job Description
Lead Generation: Make 80-120 outbound calls daily to potential clients using provided databases, ad responses, or CRM systems.
Client Consultation: Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and amenities clearly and persuasively.
Site Visit Coordination: Schedule appointments and property viewings for potential buyers to meet with on-ground sales agents.
Follow-up Management: Maintain regular communication with prospects to gauge interest and address inquiries.
CRM Maintenance: Record all client interactions, feedback, and lead statuses accurately in the company's database
Education & Experience: Typically a 12th pass or Graduate degree, with 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer support, preferably in the real estate sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with the ability to speak English, Hindi, and local languages fluently.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, and the ability to build quick rapport with clients.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM software.
