Job OverviewAumento Group is hiring driven and high-performing Tele-Sales Representatives to join our expanding international voice process in Kolkata. In this role, you will make outbound acquisition calls to customers across Australia, helping them compare and switch to better packages for their Energy (Electricity & Gas) and Private Health Insurance needs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound B2C sales calls to prospects in Australia.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch tailor-made Energy or Private Health Insurance plans.
• Effectively communicate complex details (e.g., policy excesses, extras, waiting periods, energy tariffs) simply and clearly.
• Overcome objections, build rapport, and close sales effectively over the phone.
• Adhere strictly to Australian compliance guidelines (AHPRA, PHI Act, and Australian Energy Regulator regulations) to ensure quality and transparent selling.
• Maintain clean record-keeping of call outcomes and customer details in the CRM.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
• Experience: 0.5 to 3+ years of experience in an International BPO (Outbound Sales / Tele-sales preferred). Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent, fluent English with clear neutral pronunciation and strong listening skills (to easily understand Australian accents).
• Skills: Strong convincing abilities, high energy, resilience to handle rejections, and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to commit to early morning logins (6:30 AM).
