Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and identify relevant tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other State Govt portal.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and supporting documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance-related information.
- Maintain vendor registrations, certifications, and statutory documents required for tender participation.
- Track tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and contract execution.
- Communicate with government departments and procurement officials regarding tender-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procurement guidelines, and company procedures.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and revenue generated.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of GeM Portal operations and government procurement processes.
- Understanding of tender documentation, bid preparation, and contract terms.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
