Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Travel Sales Expert who can convert leads into revenue by understanding customer needs, pitching the right travel solutions, and closing deals efficiently.
This role is purely target-driven and ideal for candidates who thrive in a high-performance sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Sales
- Handle inbound & outbound travel leads (calls, WhatsApp, CRM)
- Understand customer requirements and travel preferences
- Convert leads into bookings through effective sales strategies
- Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
2. Client Consultation
- Suggest suitable destinations, packages, and experiences
- Build personalized travel plans in coordination with operations team
- Upsell premium services (hotels, upgrades, activities)
3. Follow-ups & Closing
- Ensure strong follow-up with prospects
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Close deals within defined timelines
4. Coordination with Operations
- Work closely with Operations Team for quotations and execution
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and final bookings
5. CRM & Sales Tracking
- Update all leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Maintain proper sales pipeline and status tracking
- Ensure zero lead leakage
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Generate repeat business and referrals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
Experience
- 1–5 years in travel sales / holiday sales
- Proven experience in closing high-value travel packages preferred
Skills
- Strong selling & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication (English + Hindi mandatory)
- Destination knowledge (Bali, Maldives, Thailand, Dubai, Europe, etc.)
- CRM handling knowledge (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Target-driven mindset
