Job Description: Team Leader – Two-Wheeler Loan SalesLocation: Western Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (Net Take-Home)
Industry: BFSI / NBFC / Loan Sales
Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – Two-Wheeler Loan Sales to manage and drive sales performance in the Western Kolkata region. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives for two-wheeler loan sales
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular performance feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to increase loan disbursement
- Coordinate with dealerships and channel partners for lead generation
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in team handling (preferably in loan sales / BFSI sector)
- Strong understanding of two-wheeler loan products
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Preferred Requirements:Experience in handling field sales teams
- Familiarity with local market and dealer network
- Age Criteria:Maximum age: 35 years
- Compensation & Benefits:Salary up to ₹25,000 (Net Take-Home)
