📢 Hiring: Fleet Development Executive at Motovolt Mobility Pvt. Ltd.🚀
📍 Location: All over Kolkata
👉💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Fuel Allowance +Attractive Incentives
(Higher CTC hike for experienced candidates)
👉🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
* Rider Conversion: Convert cycle delivery partners to bike riders.(যারা সাইকেলে ডেলিভারি করেন, তাদেরকে বাইক ভাড়া নিয়ে বা কিস্তিতে কিনে কাজ করতে উৎসাহিত করা (যাতে তাদের আয় বাড়ে)।
* Sales & Leasing: Manage bike rentals and sales.(বাইক ভাড়া দেওয়া বা বিক্রির জন্য কাস্টমার/রাইডারদের সাথে কথা বলে ডিল ফাইনাল করা।)
* Recruitment: Hire new riders for Zepto operations.
* Relationship Management: Maintain high rider retention.
👉🎓 Requirements:
* Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
* Experience: Sales, Logistics, or Recruitment (Field-sales preferred).
* Skills: Good communication & negotiation.
