Urgently looking for Admisison counsellor cum sales

We are hiring motivated and goal-oriented individuals for the role of Admisison Counsellor(Sales)

to help us reach more students and grow our community.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

·       Explain our coaching programs and services to prospective students or parents.

·       Schedule and confirm demo classes with interested leads.

·       Follow up with students after demo classes to close enrollments.

·       Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

·       Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments.

Travel as per business requirements (TA will be provided upto a limit)

Requirements:

·       Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role (preferably in the education sector).

·       Strong communication and persuasion skills.

·       Ability to work independently and handle objections effectively.

·       Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM software.
