Job SummaryManideep Nirman Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Vendor Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand the company’s vendor ecosystem across multiple real estate and construction verticals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, onboarding, managing, and nurturing relationships with vendors, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers required for ongoing and upcoming projects. The role demands strong communication abilities, excellent research capabilities, technical understanding of real estate and construction processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This position is best suited for a proactive professional who can build long-term strategic partnerships while ensuring quality, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency in vendor engagement.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Development & Pipeline CreationIdentify and develop new vendor pipelines for construction materials, contractors, consultants, interior vendors, MEP services, finishing contractors, project support services, technology partners, and other real estate-related requirements.
  • Conduct market research to discover reliable and cost-effective vendors across various categories.
  • Maintain a continuously updated database of qualified vendors and service providers.
  • Build strategic relationships with new and existing vendors to support long-term company growth.
  • Vendor Evaluation & Technical VettingAssess vendor capabilities based on technical expertise, quality standards, financial stability, pricing competitiveness, delivery capability, and project experience.
  • Evaluate vendors through site visits, capability assessments, technical discussions, and documentation review.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, engineering, and management teams for vendor approval and selection.
  • Ensure vendors comply with company standards, safety norms, legal requirements, and project specifications.
  • Vendor Onboarding & Relationship ManagementManage the complete vendor onboarding process including documentation, registration, verification, agreements, and internal approvals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external vendors.
  • Maintain healthy and professional vendor relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Resolve operational or commercial issues between vendors and internal departments efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordination & CommunicationWork closely with procurement, project execution, accounts, design, and management teams for vendor coordination and support.
  • Facilitate timely communication regarding quotations, negotiations, deliveries, contracts, and project timelines.
  • Conduct regular vendor follow-ups and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor communications, contracts, and performance metrics.
  • Market Intelligence & Process ImprovementTrack market trends, vendor pricing patterns, and emerging technologies within the real estate and construction industry.
  • Suggest process improvements for vendor management systems and procurement workflows.
  • Assist management in developing strategic sourcing and partnership initiatives.
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical & Industry KnowledgeStrong understanding of real estate construction processes, building materials, contractor operations, and project execution workflows.
  • Knowledge of vendor assessment and procurement practices within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and evaluate vendor capabilities accordingly.
  • Research & Analytical SkillsExcellent market research and vendor sourcing abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking for evaluating vendor reliability and operational compatibility.
  • Ability to compare quotations, technical proposals, and service offerings effectively.
  • Communication & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Bengali.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Teamwork & CollaborationAbility to work collaboratively across departments and maintain strong professional compatibility with internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred.
  • Relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, business development, construction coordination, or real estate operations preferred.
  • Candidates with prior experience in real estate or construction industries will be given preference.
