Job Description

Need Waiter/ Steward

Job Location- Salt Lake, New Town and Chinar Park

Salary- ₹ 12000/- to 15000/-

Job Role-

Guest Service: Welcome and greet guests warmly, present menus, and make detailed recommendations based on their preferences.

Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS (Point of Sale) system and communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies clearly to the kitchen staff.

Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, checking back with tables to ensure total satisfaction.

Table Maintenance: Clean, clear, and reset tables efficiently to minimize guest wait times; maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Financial Transactions: Prepare accurate guest checks and process cash, credit, or mobile payments securely.
