Warehouse Executive

Manage daily warehouse operations efficiently.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

Handle stock inward, stock outward, and inventory transactions.

Perform barcode scanning and maintain accurate stock records.

Organize products systematically for easy identification and storage.

Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams.

Prepare packing lists, challans, and dispatch documents.

Verify quantities before dispatch and receipt of goods.

Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices.

Update ERP/Excel inventory records on a daily basis.

Monitor stock shortages and report discrepancies to management.

Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.

Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP).

Experience with barcode scanners is preferred.

Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
