Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage jobber dispatch, material handling, and day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate should have a good understanding of inventory processes and working knowledge of Excel to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle jobber dispatch activities and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Manage material inward and outward movement efficiently
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock reconciliation
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry in Excel
• Monitor and track dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth operations
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials
• Assist in periodic stock audits and reporting

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data tracking, reporting)
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse / logistics / dispatch operations
• Experience in handling jobber or vendor coordination will be an added advantage
