🔍 Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock management, dispatch planning, and ensuring smooth logistics operations within the warehouse.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward & outward stock (GRN, dispatch, returns)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of goods
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess
- Prepare dispatch plans and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Handle documentation (invoices, challans, stock reports)
- Supervise loading/unloading activities
- Follow company SOPs and compliance standards
