Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager with 4+ years of experience to oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operation in commodity products. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, storage optimization, dispatch management, team supervision, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, inventory management expertise, and the ability to streamline warehouse processes for improved productivity and cost optimization.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations ManagementOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory movement.
• Ensure smooth functioning of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Monitor warehouse workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials/products.
• 2. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor stock aging, damaged goods, and obsolete inventory.
• 3. Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely dispatches.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipment processing.
• Track dispatch schedules and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Optimize transportation planning for cost-effective delivery.
• 4. Team Leadership & SupervisionManage and supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and helpers.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct training for process improvement and safety compliance.
• Build a productive and disciplined work environment.
• 5. Process OptimizationIdentify process gaps and implement warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
• Improve productivity through workflow planning and automation tools.
• 6. Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to warehouse safety policies and operational SOPs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• 7. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Maintain records of stock movement, dispatches, and returns.
• Generate MIS reports for management review.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducational QualificationProfessional degree or certification in Warehouse Management.
• ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of warehouse management experience in commodity products.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or from logistics industries.
