Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations & Credit Control Manager to oversee daily distribution operations, credit control, order processing, and coordination with pharmaceutical companies and their representatives. The role requires strong operational discipline, accountability, and the ability to ensure smooth and timely execution across order management, dispatches, stock control, and payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control customer credit limits and payment status before order processing.
• Ensure all orders are punched accurately as per approved payment and credit terms.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure deliveries are completed within 24 hours.
• Supervise overall stock management, stock availability, and inventory coordination.
• Handle communication and coordination with pharmaceutical companies and company representatives.
• Resolve operational and billing-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper operational records, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Work closely with accounts, sales, and logistics teams for smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and operational efficiency standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, pharma operations, or stockist management.
• Strong understanding of credit control, order processing, inventory handling, and dispatch operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Tally is mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working with pharmaceutical distributors, CFA operations, or stockist businesses.
• Familiarity with pharma billing cycles, payment follow-ups, and distributor workflows.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
