Job Description
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
The role includes recruiting, training, and motivating the team, setting and achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to expand the business. They also identify new market opportunities, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. In this role, different types of selling are used, such as direct selling (face-to-face interaction with customers), indirect selling (through agents or intermediaries), consultative selling (understanding customer needs and offering suitable policies), and relationship selling (focusing on long-term customer engagement). The ways of selling include field sales, telecalling, digital/online sales, and cross-selling or upselling to existing customers. Overall, the Sales Manager’s goal is to maximize revenue, improve team productivity, and ensure sustainable business growth.
