Job Title: Sales Executive – Website & Digital Marketing (Australia Shift)

About the Role

We're a Kolkata-based web design and digital marketing agency working with clients across Australia. We're looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals with Australian businesses. If you can build rapport over calls and messages, understand what a client needs, and turn a conversation into a signed project, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Pitch our website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services to Australian clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right service packages
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
• Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline / CRM
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales — ideally web design, digital marketing, IT services, or B2B
• Excellent spoken and written English (comfortable dealing with Australian clients)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working the Australia shift (early morning IST)
• Understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing (enough to pitch confidently)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales

Nice to Have

• Prior experience selling to Australian or international clients
• Knowledge of platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, Clutch, or Freelancer
• Basic understanding of NDIS / trades / healthcare industries (our niche client base)
