Summary:
As an AI Strategy Practitioner, a typical day involves leveraging deep industry knowledge and artificial intelligence insights to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies. This role focuses on identifying valuable AI opportunities throughout the business value chain and designing a clear roadmap to realize these benefits. The practitioner also dedicates time to crafting detailed blueprints for data and AI platforms, shaping target operating models, and considering the broader impact on talent and organizational capabilities. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align strategic objectives and ensure seamless integration of AI initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals and operational needs.
- Continuously monitor emerging trends and advancements in AI to inform strategic decisions and innovation.
- Support the development and refinement of AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify AI-driven value opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI strategy frameworks and roadmaps.
- Ability to develop comprehensive data and AI platform blueprints and target operating models.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and talent strategy implications related to AI adoption.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
