Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to creating solutions that effectively support organizational needs, ensuring that applications are tailored to enhance operational efficiency and meet evolving business demands. The position involves continuous engagement with application development tasks, focusing on delivering robust and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly within the existing technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
