AREA MANAGER – BRANCH BANKING
JOB ROLE:
- Achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meet the value, volume and channel productivity metrics
- Generation of revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through branch channel
- Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales Teams
- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers
- Regulatory Compliance
- Manpower Planning
- RM & RO channel productivity improvement
- Driving Service Quality parameters across span
- Manage productivity morale of branch personnel
- Establishing standards and delivery of customer service
