Business Process Designer
Project Role : Business Process DesignerProject Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves closely examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires working collaboratively with various business users to gather detailed requirements and develop use cases that accurately reflect operational needs. Throughout the day, the focus remains on enhancing process efficiency by proposing innovative solutions and designing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback. This continuous refinement ensures that processes evolve effectively to meet changing business demands and support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate process requirements.
- Document and communicate process designs and improvements clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of process changes and monitor their impact.
- Assist junior team members in understanding process design principles and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business workflows.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed process designs.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and methods for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
