Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced operational capabilities and future-ready business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize migration workflows.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Migration Planning.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and services across private and public cloud platforms.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance cloud solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud migration and automation.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline cloud operations and deployment processes.

Additional Information:
