- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting within manufacturing environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components tailored to manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing execution systems.
- Capability to analyze complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
