Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with project goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center technologies and platforms.
- Experience in application design, development, and configuration within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center implementations.
- Familiarity with integration of contact center solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software engineering tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
