As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications that meet client needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
