- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Continuously update skills and stay informed about industry trends to enhance software development practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with application architecture and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with multiple client environments and adapt solutions accordingly.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team and with clients.
