Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the overall data structure for applications. This role includes modeling how data will be stored and integrated within the system, ensuring that the architecture supports the application s needs effectively. The position requires thoughtful planning and coordination to create scalable and efficient data solutions that align with project goals and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements and solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data storage solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Ability to integrate diverse data sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data management and security principles.
- Skilled in optimizing data workflows and improving system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
