Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in DPMS software accurately and efficiently
• Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Process data in a timely manner as per deadlines
• Generate reports from DPMS when required
• Cross-check entered data with source documents
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital/physical)
• Coordinate with team members and other departments for data validation
• Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines for data management

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of DPMS software (or similar systems)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
• Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
• Certification in computer applications is an advantage

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry or similar role
• Freshers with good computer skills may also apply
