Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Calling existing and potential customers to inform, influence, and sell our digital services.

• Mailing quotations and discussing our services with customers.

• Processing customer purchases.

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Coordinating with clients to understand their digital service needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Managing client accounts and ensuring all service deliverables are met.

• Providing ongoing support and updates to clients regarding their digital services.
