E Commerce Executive

Deployed is a leading brand specializing in customized apparel, uniforms, and corporate merchandise. We work with top organizations and institutions across India. We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms — Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the company’s own website.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and sales conversion.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing, dispatch, and returns management.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales, traffic reports, and campaign performance across all platforms.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Execute and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and advertising strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure accurate SKU mapping, pricing, and inventory synchronization across platforms.
• Maintain brand presentation and consistency across all e-commerce listings.
• Generate and share weekly and monthly performance reports with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and Shopify or similar CMS tools.
• Excellent in Excel, analytics, and catalog management.
• Good understanding of online marketing, SEO keywords, and customer engagement strategies.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines efficiently.
