AIA – RPA UiPath Developer

 

The opportunity

 

We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to independently design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath Modern Design and ReFramework and be comfortable engaging directly with client teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automation.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

• Independently develop automation workflows using UiPath Modern Design and ReFramework.
• Familiarity with Long Running Workflow
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automations.
• Manage Orchestrator components including Queues, Assets, and Triggers.
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with business SMEs and internal teams to clarify requirements and provide timely status updates.
• Support bug fixes for the bots that is in production with quick turn around time
• Document automation processes adhering to delivery standards (naming conventions, annotations, folder structures).

• UiPath Studio (Modern Design), UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Assistant
• UiPath REFramework, Queue-based processing
• Excel Automation (VBA/macros exposure), Data Tables
• API integrations (REST/SOAP), Postman (for testing)
• Document Understanding (DU Framework, OCR engines like ABBYY/Tesseract)
• Selectors, UI Automation, Computer Vision
• Git / Version Control, Azure DevOps (or similar CI/CD tools)
• Logging & Monitoring tools (Orchestrator logs, Insights if applicable)

 

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

• Deliver high-quality automation solutions with strong accuracy, stability, and minimal failures.
• Ensure on-time development and deployment of UiPath workflows aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain SLA adherence through effective production support and issue resolution.
• Follow best practices in coding, exception handling, and documentation to ensure scalable solutions.
• Use of existing libraries to speed up the development proces

 

 

Skills and Attributes:

 

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

 

 

Professional Experience: 

• 3–4 years of experience in UiPath tools.
• Designed and developed scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Modern Design and ReFramework, handling end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Built and implemented queue-based automation and long-running workflows, ensuring efficient transaction processing, retry mechanisms, and fault tolerance.
• Integrated UiPath workflows with Excel, APIs, and external systems, leveraging Invoke Code and advanced selectors to handle complex business scenarios.
• Managed UiPath Orchestrator components (Queues, Assets, Triggers) and coordinated deployments across multiple environments, ensuring smooth production releases and support.

Preferred Certifications

 

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.

 

 

Nice to Have

 

• Experience with AI Center, UiPath Apps or integrating UiPath with external systems.
• Exposure to healthcare workflows is a plus.
• Power Platform Certification
