"Responsibilities : Design and implement blockchain-based architectures and solutions to meet specific business needs.  Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  Develop and maintain architectural blueprints to support the implementation of blockchain technologies.  Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing IT systems and infrastructures.  Provide guidance and leadership to technical teams, including developers and engineers.  Evaluate and recommend blockchain technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance and reliability.  Ensure adherence to best practices in blockchain development and deployment.  Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for blockchain solutions.  Lead proof-of-concept projects to showcase the viability of blockchain applications.  Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain industry. Skills required  Extensive knowledge of blockchain platforms: Hyperledger (Besu, Fabric, Sawtooth, Indy), Ethereum, Multichain, R3 Corda.  Experienced in end-to-end solution design & deployment in enterprise level blockchain platform  Proficient with programming languages: Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, .NET, GO, Python.  Deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies and consensus mechanisms.  Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, MS Azure, SAP Cloud, IBM Bluemix, GCP.  Familiarity with container orchestration systems: Google Container Engine, Docker, Kubernetes.  Solid grasp of cryptography and security protocols relevant to blockchain.  Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.  Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  Proven experience in designing and developing scalable and robust system architectures.  Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools for software development.  Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to blockchain.Mandatory Skill sets:
