Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various domains, ensuring that the solution design and delivery processes are successful. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and providing insights that drive effective decision-making and project outcomes. You will be instrumental in guiding teams through complex challenges, leveraging your knowledge to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing scalable solutions.
- Proficient in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies for project needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
