Summary:
As a Salesforce LWC Senior Manager, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the applications you support, ensuring they meet the evolving requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software release management and deployment strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
