Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to enhance and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability and performance.
- Understanding of release management processes and best practices in software deployment.
