The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to manage their expectations, address any arising issues promptly, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Strong project management capabilities including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Competence in problem-solving and conflict resolution within project environments.
