Job Title: CLM Review & Contract Analyst
Role Summary
The CLM Review & Contract Analyst will drive value realization from contracts by leveraging Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, analytics, and insights‑led reviews. This role partners closely with Legal and Procurement teams to improve commercial outcomes, enhance compliance, and proactively manage contract risks across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts using CLM platforms and advanced analytics tools to identify commercial, compliance, and risk opportunities.
- Drive measurable value realization through structured contract reviews, obligation tracking, and analytics‑led insights.
- Identify and quantify revenue, savings, and leakage opportunities embedded within contract terms, conditions, and obligations.
- Enable proactive contract lifecycle governance by developing and leveraging dashboards, alerts, and contract analytics.
- Partner closely with Legal and Procurement stakeholders to improve contract outcomes, strengthen compliance, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Support continuous improvement of contract review methodologies, analytics frameworks, and CLM adoption across the organization.
